With over 27 yrs experience in the RE Industry in general, I''ve done and DO all phases of Real Estate, except for Property Mgmt. I am involved in the CCIM Institute, and also do Consulting in these areas, as well as sales/leasing, in Commercial, Investment, Industrial, and Land.

I am an AZ Self-Employed Real Estate Broker, AZ Certified Residential Appraiser, and AZ Real Estate Instructor.  I am also involved as a Loan Consultant for Intermountain Commercial Mortgage, located in Scottsdale, and was a former PA Mortgage Broker for 4 years prior to moving to AZ in 1999, In essence, I have a very unique blend of RE experience and background.
